At Stone Hill Web Sport, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or exchange:

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Timely Return: All products must be shipped back to our store within (30) days of receiving them to receive a full refund.

Condition of Products: Products must be in brand new, unworn condition.

Packaging: The original manufacturer’s packaging and contents must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Tags and Labels: All tags, labels, and stickers must remain attached to the product.

Please note that we are unable to refund products returned that do not meet the above criteria. If the products show signs of wear or damage, the original box and packaging are missing, we will not be able to accept the return. Exclusions from Refund:

We do not offer a refund for products ordered on sale, clearance, or “as is.”

Return Shipping Costs:

We do not refund return shipping costs. If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us, you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to a change of size/color, further postage and package charges will be made.

Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within (15) business days.
